Drive revenue growth across Publicis agencies and direct advertiser accounts by identifying opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle, building agency and client relationships, delivering consultative media strategies, and promoting CTV, online video, display, and programmatic solutions. Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data, analyze campaign and commercial performance, collaborate with internal teams, and support renewals and account expansion.

Own post-sale digital advertising campaigns for agency and brand clients in Mexico. Responsibilities include campaign setup, pacing, optimization, tracking, ad serving, programmatic deal management, performance analysis, reporting, client workshops, and troubleshooting across DSPs, ad servers, and verification vendors. The role partners closely with Sales and Ad Operations, manages client portfolios, supports pre-sale strategy, identifies upsell opportunities, and ensures campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Manage post-sale relationships with Italian media agencies and advertisers, oversee end-to-end omnichannel digital campaigns, and drive retention and commercial growth. Responsibilities include campaign setup, creative and tracking verification, pacing and KPI monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, reporting, client presentations, and QBRs. The role requires strong digital advertising and programmatic media knowledge, analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Italian and English fluency, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
