Design, build, deploy, and operate secure, scalable AI-enabled products and internal tools. Evaluate models and services, develop prompts and context strategies, establish evaluations, monitoring, safeguards, and reusable architectures, and guide responsible AI adoption. Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize opportunities, balance value and risk, mentor colleagues, and improve AI systems using production data and stakeholder feedback.

Conduct CLASS classroom observations in person, remotely, and by video; enter observation data; audit feedback reports; support observer reliability, calibrations, and fidelity checks; train contracted observers; coordinate site communications; and support multiple observation projects. The role requires strong CLASS methodology knowledge, bilingual English-Spanish fluency, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with spreadsheet and collaboration tools, and up to 75% regional travel, including overnight and weekend travel.

Conduct project-based CLASS observations in Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K classrooms. Complete classroom observation documentation, enter data online, meet project deadlines, maintain CLASS certification and reliability standards, communicate professionally with school personnel, and participate in project orientation and coordination. Assignments are accepted independently based on contractor availability and may require local travel and self-provided transportation, equipment, insurance, and business expenses.
