Serves as an early childhood education content expert and brand ambassador across the customer lifecycle. Leads content-focused sales presentations, develops implementation and professional development plans, delivers training, coaches customers and internal teams, supports marketing content, and represents the organization at conferences and in thought-leadership activities. Requires deep product knowledge, strong presentation and adult-learning skills, leadership experience, and up to 40% national travel.

Serves as an early childhood education content expert and brand ambassador across sales, implementation, professional development, and customer success. Leads training and coaching programs, supports internal product knowledge, develops customized implementation plans, contributes to marketing content, and represents the organization at conferences and in thought-leadership activities. Builds trusted customer relationships and model implementations while partnering with Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, and Content teams.

Designs and maintains scalable backend services, APIs, data models, integrations, and database migrations using Go and PostgreSQL. Leads technical initiatives from discovery through release, troubleshoots production and performance issues, and ensures deployment quality. Collaborates across product, design, QA, and engineering while contributing to architecture, documentation, standards, testing, and maintainability. Mentors engineers and uses AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery.
