Teaching Matters is a New York-based nonprofit professional learning organization that works with principals, teachers, and school leaders to improve student outcomes. It provides customized instructional coaching and school programs designed to increase teacher effectiveness and advance excellent, equitable teaching. Its mission is to close the opportunity gap, supporting underserved public-school communities and envisioning equitable access to excellent teaching for every student.
