Lead strategic planning, scale-up and day-to-day execution of on-ground operations. Manage partner engagement, community selection, MicroSchool launches, budgets, KPI monitoring, data collection and reporting. Oversee field teams, build capacity, mentor regional managers, and drive a positive operations culture to ensure program quality and impact.

Manage and monitor EIDU education programs: train and support government education officers on EIDU Field App and dashboards, drive digital adoption, conduct school visits, compile reports, support government relations, contribute to platform improvement, and ensure child protection and documentation.

Support governance and HQ operations by updating dashboards, tracking tasks, coordinating procurement/finance/training, compiling and consolidating field officer reports, organizing field meetings, managing documentation, inventory, agreements, and maintaining photo and report repositories.
