Develop and implement procurement strategies, manage tendering and vendor selection, evaluate and monitor supplier performance, oversee contracts and compliance, optimize procurement processes and inventory, prepare procurement reports and budgets, and integrate sustainability practices into sourcing.

Design and implement a comprehensive training strategy and programs (in-person and e-learning) for field staff, master trainers, and facilitators. Conduct research, field visits, and stakeholder collaboration; create culturally sensitive teaching materials; recruit and train master teachers; monitor and evaluate training delivery and outcomes.

Lead development and execution of marketing, communications, digital presence, and PR to raise awareness and engage donors, partners, and stakeholders. Manage social media, website content, email and advertising campaigns, media outreach, and support fundraising and donor acquisition efforts. Cultivate stakeholder relationships and produce communications materials to advance the nonprofit’s literacy mission.
