Serve as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders, advising on talent management, organizational design, performance and employee relations; coach managers, support talent systems and analyze people data; lead leadership development, change management, and cross-functional People initiatives to strengthen team effectiveness and staff experience.

Lead cohort-based coaching and leadership development for corps members across the Mid-Atlantic Hub. Design and deliver learning experiences, build school partnerships, conduct observations (CLASS), analyze data to inform strategy, support placement and programmatic initiatives, and provide flexible cross-regional capacity to drive member growth, retention, and student impact.

Lead alumni engagement, manage events, communications, and alumni data systems while cultivating strategic community partnerships and coalitions to advance PK-12 outcomes. Develop localized strategies aligned to statewide goals, represent TFA North Carolina to stakeholders, track progress, and support statewide initiatives. Requires travel across North Carolina and occasional evening/weekend work.
