Lead strategy and execution for alumni engagement and partnerships across Massachusetts. Build data-informed systems, grow communities of practice, connect alumni to opportunities, design high-impact convenings, manage CRM/data hygiene, and partner cross-functionally to drive sustained network activation and regional impact.

Lead California alumni partnerships strategy, cultivate and manage high-impact school, district, and community partnerships, oversee School Leadership Lab portfolio, drive fundraising and sustainability, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support regional team engagement and program implementation.

Lead statewide fundraising strategy and execute donor cultivation, stewardship, solicitation, and portfolio management to raise $2–7M+ annually. Partner with Executive Director and advisory members, maintain Salesforce records, and travel locally with occasional evenings/weekends.
