Lead regional fundraising strategy and manage a private donor portfolio to meet aggressive revenue targets. Coach and direct the development team, collaborate with executive leadership and advisory board, use CRM and data to track pipeline, and represent the organization to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors. Requires travel and occasional evenings/weekends.

Lead a cohort-focused fundraising center of excellence: manage specialists, design donor relations strategy, partner with regional leaders to set revenue strategy, build scalable campaigns and operations, and ensure exceptional donor experiences to drive revenue growth.

Design and deliver six Professional Learning Community sessions (four in-person, two virtual) for cohorts of 10–15 corps members, model effective instruction, track attendance and progress, provide 1:1 mentoring as needed, collaborate with TFA staff on curriculum and data analysis, and submit timesheets. Role focuses on K-12 content areas and adult facilitation to support teacher development during the 2026–27 school year.
