Lead Teach For America’s regional alumni strategy across approximately 1,100 alumni. Build alumni board and executive engagement, strengthen a school leadership fellowship with Lipscomb University, develop multiyear priorities, cultivate education-sector partnerships, and measure outcomes. The role connects alumni leadership and professional development to regional goals for educational equity, third-grade reading, and eighth-grade math across Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville.

Processes and acknowledges donations across multiple payment methods, maintains accurate Salesforce revenue data, manages fundraising team portfolios, handles complex tax receipts, supports Classy and donor help desk inquiries, and contributes to gift operations, reporting, training, and team projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, data quality, and workflow management skills in a deadline-driven environment.

Leads the statewide vision and execution of Teach For America Ohio’s alumni engagement, leadership, career acceleration, and impact strategies. Builds alumni networks, develops education and cross-sector partnerships, manages an alumni-focused team and budget, and creates talent pipelines for education, public office, and advocacy roles. Advises regional leadership, tracks engagement outcomes, cultivates alumni philanthropy, and supports statewide organizational initiatives. Frequent travel across Ohio and occasional evening or weekend work are required.
