Leads the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs. Manages vendors, monitors program performance, analyzes workforce and rewards data, improves operational processes, and develops employee communications. Partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, leaders, and external providers to deliver equitable, competitive, and employee-focused total rewards programs.

Lead statewide fundraising operations by managing donor portfolios, executing campaigns, developing stewardship strategies, maintaining CRM and pipeline data, coordinating donor follow-up, and supporting revenue growth and retention across North Carolina. Build relationships with prospects and donors, collaborate with senior development leaders and frontline fundraisers, and support alumni fundraising and special initiatives. Occasional evening, weekend, and donor engagement travel may be required.

Provides executive strategy and operational support to the Executive Director and statewide leadership. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, briefings and communications, project coordination, event and retreat planning, budget tracking, procurement, workplace and vendor operations, and cross-functional initiative execution across Florida. The role builds systems, anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, and ensures organizational commitments, logistics, and stakeholder communications remain on track.
