Provides expert member service in a retail banking environment, handling complex account transactions, mortgage and other loan applications, referrals, escalations, and account maintenance. Builds member relationships through prospecting, outbound calls, product consulting, and community engagement. Ensures regulatory compliance, resolves account issues, supports digital banking adoption, meets sales and production goals, and trains colleagues on accounts, lending, and service procedures.

Administer and optimize Workday HRIS, including business processes, security, reports, dashboards, integrations, data governance, and system releases. Partner with HR, payroll, benefits, finance, IT, vendors, and leadership to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, support analytics, and improve operational efficiency. Lead testing, documentation, training, audits, and small to medium HRIS projects while serving as the Workday subject matter expert.

Lead and manage the enterprise BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program, oversee a team (3-5 direct reports), design policies and controls, drive risk assessments, manage regulatory examinations and SAR/CTR filings, coordinate with enterprise partners, and ensure program effectiveness and training.
