Leads complex software projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, quality, stakeholder communication, and client satisfaction. Coordinates cross-functional teams, supports product and software development initiatives, drives process improvement and change adoption, develops IT roadmaps, and ensures NIST 800-53 security and compliance documentation. Requires strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, technical requirements, project metrics, and software delivery.
