TC Energy Benefits Overview

Leads strategic communications for Canadian projects and operations, including communications planning, content development, executive counsel, incident response, issues management, website audits, SharePoint governance, centralized content repositories, and communications controls. The role translates complex operational and infrastructure priorities into clear messaging for multiple audiences while overseeing approvals, reporting, budgets, resources, records, and escalation processes.

Provides independent engineering quality assurance, audits, supplier oversight, non-conformance management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality reporting, and continuous improvement. The role develops risk-based assurance strategies, evaluates engineering service providers, analyzes quality trends, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, and strengthens quality management practices across projects and engineering organizations.

Supports TC Energy’s Canadian Public Awareness Program through stakeholder outreach, damage-prevention education, regulatory compliance, communications, training, and performance analysis. Monitors third-party risks and unauthorized activities, develops awareness materials and reports, maintains audit evidence, coordinates with operations and external stakeholders, and identifies program improvements. The role requires a university degree or accreditation, at least four years of related experience, knowledge of pipeline safety and regulatory requirements, data analysis proficiency, and occasional travel within Canada and the United States.
