The role requires professionalism, regulatory adherence, relationship building, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Provides customer service and financial transaction support at a bank branch. Opens and maintains accounts, processes deposits, withdrawals, checks, wires, and other banking services, handles inquiries and disputes, monitors transactions for fraud, balances cash, protects customer information, and identifies cross-selling and referral opportunities. Participates in branch goals, training, regulatory compliance, and community events.
