Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, expense reports, meeting and event coordination, front desk reception, facility and vendor coordination, purchasing, invoice reconciliation, mail and shipment handling, visitor services, onboarding support, and coordination with IT, HR, security, and contractors. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.

Advances golf club head designs, materials, manufacturing technologies, and engineering processes. Leads supplier collaboration, prototype development, testing, data analysis, design of experiments, process improvement, and product validation across Asia and global R&D teams. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, project coordination, and technical communication while supporting innovation and scalable manufacturing solutions. Requires mechanical engineering expertise, manufacturing process knowledge, statistical problem solving, and international supplier engagement.

Leads TaylorMade Canada’s Western Canada sales strategy, regional revenue growth, market share, distribution, forecasting, and sales programs. Manages territory sales managers and experiential fitters, develops customer and buying-group relationships, oversees budgets and reporting, partners with marketing, and supports sales meetings and trade shows. Requires extensive travel, strong P&L and forecasting skills, Canadian golf market knowledge, and experience with golf products and fitting technologies.
