Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, employee relations, headcount management, succession planning, and change management to drive engagement and business results.

Lead transactional accounting across Procure-to-Pay, Direct Goods Receipts/Intercompany, and Order-to-Cash. Manage month-end closes, AR/AP, reconciliations, audits, ERP/process improvements, and supervise an accounting team to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Manage relationships with top Staff Program golf professionals across the Central U.S., oversee Title Sponsored events and sponsorships, recruit and retain talent, coordinate product fitting/prototyping and feedback with Product/R&D, support sales and event execution, negotiate contracts, and represent the company at high-profile golf events.
