Drive supplier performance and compliance through audits, onboarding, industrialization, APQP/PPAP management, KPI development, structured problem-solving (8D, 5-Why), tooling oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to meet program timelines and quality standards.

Manage warranty returns and RMAs: track and verify returned parts, update service management software, sort/store parts, process vendor claims and credits, coordinate returns and disposals, and maintain accurate records.

Maintain, inspect, and prepare Taylor equipment for rental or sale; perform weekly exercising; conduct pre-delivery and return inspections; assist mechanics with installations and preventive maintenance; deliver equipment locally and provide operation instructions; learn basic repairs and support demos and customer hand-offs.

Support mechanics by pulling rebuild kits and cores, steam-cleaning and organizing parts, draining engine cores, preparing transmissions for shipment, and learning transmission rebuilding and basic welding. Operate lifting equipment, perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs, use basic computer skills, and complete other assigned duties.

Design, implement, and improve manufacturing and remanufacturing processes for parts production and forklift rebuilds. Support machining, fabrication, tooling/fixture design, ERP integration, data analysis, capacity planning, and continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost.
