The Community Sales Manager in Training (CSMT) role involves training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management to enhance sales skills and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Support the new home sales team with administrative tasks (contracts, change orders, price sheets, listings), greet prospective buyers, respond to inquiries, schedule tours and appointments, coordinate with construction and design teams, follow up through closing, attend sales meetings, and provide feedback to management.

Prepare, process, audit, and deliver bi-weekly multi-state payroll using ADP. Maintain employee files and payroll records, process employment changes, generate checks, manage garnishments and deductions, complete employment verifications, ensure compliance, resolve payroll inquiries, and prepare reports.
