Calculates commissions, production bonuses, and executive sales compensation; maintains payroll and HRIS records; ensures compliance; supports audits; prepares reports and proformas; and partners with People, Finance, and operational leaders on payroll trends, staffing, and compensation decisions.

Audits and logs closed loan packages, validates collateral documentation, identifies and resolves missing or incorrect documents, scans and uploads files, updates shipping records, and prepares packages for warehouse bank shipment. The role requires frequent communication with title companies, builders, buyers, and internal teams, along with strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and availability for overtime during peak periods.

Train to sell Taylor Morrison homes and communities by learning products, financing, CRM prospecting, sales agreements, customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing techniques. Shadow experienced sales managers, complete training activities, address customer inquiries, track performance, and deliver exceptional home-buying experiences. The role requires an active real estate license where applicable, strong communication and organization skills, customer focus, problem-solving ability, and proficiency with Microsoft applications.
