Oversees community business office operations, including resident billing, accounts receivable and payable, insurance and payer coordination, purchasing, deposits, census tracking, financial documentation, and administrative systems. Partners with Corporate Finance, leadership, residents, families, vendors, and external agencies to resolve financial issues, maintain accurate records, follow internal controls, and support compliant, efficient operations.

Provides hands-on nursing and personal care for elderly residents and individuals recovering from illness or injury. Responsibilities include medication assistance, mobility support, hygiene, meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, physical therapy exercises, emergency response, and incident reporting. Requires compassionate care, adherence to health and safety standards, flexible 12-hour shift availability, and the ability to perform physically demanding duties.
