Manage site Quality Management System, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, track quality metrics, support audits and certifications, drive process improvements and cross-functional quality initiatives, and train staff to build quality into manufacturing operations.

Supervise a team of press operators to meet production schedules and quality standards. Track and report KPIs, drive process improvements, maintain safety and training, resolve production issues, and coordinate with prepress, finishing, and management.
