Owns client account success, revenue growth, satisfaction, billing, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, inventory coordination, and service-level performance. Manages client change requests, projects, business reviews, profitability reviews, pricing updates, tickets, and daily deliverables. Leads cross-functional collaboration, supports client visits, and mentors colleagues while ensuring quality, timeliness, and process improvement across assigned accounts.

Develops and optimizes print and packaging products, including prepaid cards, packaging, and lenticular printing. Responsibilities include product design, prototyping, validation testing, technical analysis, documentation, manufacturability improvements, and resolving development challenges. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, marketing, vendors, and other cross-functional teams to support product launches and innovation. The role is onsite five days per week in Fridley, Minnesota.

Performs network, web application, API, cloud, wireless, and segmentation penetration tests and vulnerability assessments. Designs test plans, conducts reconnaissance and controlled exploitation, validates findings, documents technical and executive reports, advises on remediation, and retests vulnerabilities. Collaborates with stakeholders, safeguards testing data, follows recognized security methodologies and rules of engagement, and communicates risks to technical and nontechnical audiences.
