Lead and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production, quality, safety, and delivery targets. Optimize workflow and plant layout, implement lean/5S practices, plan capital investments (automation/CNC), manage budgets and KPIs, recruit and train staff (including unionized employees), and report to senior leadership.

Manage and grow regional dealer and customer accounts across Western Canada, implement sales strategies, exceed targets, conduct business reviews, train ISRs and dealers, attend trade shows, and analyze sales performance to drive business development.

Lead Tayco's product design vision and NPD execution for workplace furniture. Drive innovation, manufacturability, ergonomics, and commercialization while partnering cross-functionally, supporting OEMs, and mentoring the design team to deliver market-leading products.
