Leads projects from initiation through close-out, including bids, RFPs, proposals, design coordination, production, delivery, installation, and deficiency resolution. Develops execution plans, milestones, documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborates with sales, design, engineering, operations, dealers, and customers to align stakeholders and deliver projects successfully. Analyzes project outcomes and conducts site visits across Canada and/or the USA as required.

Develops and engineers office furniture products from concept through production, using 3D modeling, prototyping, testing, analysis, and detailed technical documentation. Ensures products meet design, manufacturability, cost, quality, safety, and industry standards requirements. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders; supports value engineering, product launches, warranty issues, and manufacturing process improvements.

Serve as liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to review and process purchase orders, create order headers, verify order accuracy using ERP, complete installation paperwork, and handle customer inquiries and issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
