Handle warm inbound leads, run discovery calls, recommend and enroll clients into tax resolution programs, manage pipeline from first call to close, build trust using a consultative empathetic approach, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Handle inbound, warm leads by conducting discovery calls, reviewing tax and financial documents, recommending resolution programs, and closing enrollments. Maintain CRM records, meet sales goals, and provide empathetic client advocacy in a high-volume remote phone-sales environment.
