Manage tax-resolution cases by communicating with the IRS and state agencies, submitting Power of Attorney forms, maintaining accurate documentation, uploading IRS transcripts, tracking case progress, and recording case notes in the CRM. Collaborate with Enrolled Agents, Case Managers, and Sales while protecting confidential client information and supporting high-volume team operations.

Handle warm inbound calls from pre-qualified prospects seeking tax relief. Conduct discovery conversations, recommend tailored tax resolution programs, enroll clients, manage opportunities from first contact through close, build trust through empathetic consultation, and meet or exceed sales targets. The role includes paid training, coaching, occasional overtime, evenings, and some weekend work.

Conduct inbound discovery calls with prospective clients, assess their tax and financial situations, recommend suitable tax resolution programs, and manage the full sales cycle through enrollment. Maintain accurate CRM records, handle high call volumes and follow-ups, build trust with clients facing financial hardship, and meet performance-based sales goals in a remote environment.
