The People Operations Supervisor oversees HR functions including employee relations, payroll compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, and HR technology management, while supervising a team.

Provide on-site technical support and help-desk services, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, manage onboarding/offboarding, monitor infrastructure (servers, networks, backups), maintain hardware inventory, and support strategic IT service initiatives.

Reengage prospective clients who paused after initial contact to convert dormant leads. Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS, handle objections, document interactions in Salesforce, collaborate with Sales and Client Success, and meet outreach and revenue targets.
