Teams at TaxRise

Design, build, and scale TaxRise’s data infrastructure on AWS using Databricks. Own end-to-end pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, orchestration, governance, cluster optimization, and delivery for reporting and analytics. Collaborate with the Chief Data Officer, Salesforce developers, data engineers, and full-stack developers to establish platform standards and support business growth.

Own the design, architecture, and development of TaxRise’s client-facing web application. Create UX flows and prototypes in Figma, build scalable React and Next.js components, integrate APIs, optimize performance, ensure accessibility, and manage testing, CI/CD, deployments, and technical debt. Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to shape the roadmap and improve client workflows. This onsite role serves as the primary technical owner for front-end quality and production issues.

Owns daily People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HRIS data management, compliance tracking, employee support, leave administration, offboarding, exit interviews, and process improvement. Coordinates system access with IT, maintains accurate employee records, manages HR inquiries, and supports People Operations projects and events in a fully onsite environment.
