Work directly with Taxforce’s founders across M&A, post-merger integration, operational process building, AI automation, reporting, financial planning, and investor relations. Responsibilities include sourcing acquisition targets, integrating practices, documenting workflows, maintaining reporting infrastructure, preparing investor materials, and closing operational gaps. The role requires ambition, analytical thinking, entrepreneurial adaptability, tech savviness, teamwork, German language skills, and prior internship or working-student experience.

Support tax advisory, accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, cash flow, financial close, reporting, client tax-return preparation, document processing, and deadline control. Test and document internal tools, prepare data, and help automate recurring workflows such as document classification and data extraction. The role combines finance operations, tax work, client communication, and process improvement in an AI-focused startup environment.
