Provide empathetic customer and accountant-partner support through chat, email, and phone. Troubleshoot issues, guide onboarding, conduct sales follow-ups, document product feedback, create help-center content, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and support operational reporting during seasonal peaks. Develop expertise in UK tax processes while meeting service, satisfaction, and response-time targets.

Operate and improve Taxfix’s enterprise cloud infrastructure, identity management, networks, devices, applications, and security controls. Lead Okta and enterprise identity governance, integrate and configure new systems, maintain backups and compliance, develop automation, provide third-level application support, and tune application performance. Collaborate with SRE, platform engineering, and application owners on risk management, incident resolution, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure improvements.

Build and operate an AI-first marketing automation layer: design agentic operating models, embed with marketing teams to find and automate bottlenecks, develop multi-agent harnesses, integrate APIs and data pipelines, deploy and maintain solutions, and scale reusable tools and playbooks while upskilling marketers.
