Leads Taxfix’s multi-country accounting and treasury operations across Germany, Spain, and the UK. Responsibilities include month-end and year-end close, statutory and Group accounting, consolidation, financial controls, reconciliations, audit readiness, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and Record-to-Report processes. The role manages and develops the Finance Operations team, partners with auditors and senior stakeholders, and improves processes, documentation, automation, and NetSuite-related workflows.

Lead and scale Taxfix’s expert-assisted digital tax services business, owning strategy, revenue, margin, pricing, growth, retention, service operations, AI integration, and P&L. Build scalable hybrid human-digital delivery models, improve unit economics and customer outcomes, establish performance KPIs, and align Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Data, Legal, and People teams around growth and execution.

Own group-wide brand strategy, positioning, product integration, brand systems, research, and accountability. Lead end-to-end ATL campaigns from briefing through measurement while partnering closely with product, marketing, operations, and creative teams. The role is highly hands-on, requiring strong creative judgment, analytical rigor, customer empathy, service design interest, and effective use of AI to scale brand work within a small team.
