Provide remote sales and use tax compliance services to small and midsize clients: import and reconcile tax data, prepare reports and returns, manage credits and cash requests, reconcile GLs and payments, maintain tax calendars, handle notices, and proactively communicate with clients.

Support onboarding and activation of clients' indirect tax programs: configure systems, register for sales tax, import and validate transactional data, prepare and file returns, manage billing/payments, resolve data inconsistencies, perform data audits, and assist process improvements while collaborating with internal teams and client contacts.
