Under supervision, write abstracts and summaries of tax legislation and related documents, research and verify source material, perform proofreading and light copy editing, prepare and process data and database files for print and online products, run software processes to compile files for publication, maintain department databases, and assist editors and production staff to meet deadlines.

Support, enhance, and integrate the NetSuite ERP/CRM and related systems. Implement automations and integrations, develop dashboards and AI tools, maintain data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, perform testing and risk assessments, document configurations, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve system performance and scalability.
