Manages the Legal Primary Source Documents team, supervising staff, assigning and editing tax-law source summaries, maintaining editorial quality and deadlines, coordinating cross-department projects, training employees, updating procedures, researching legal materials, and entering content into the content management system. The role requires strong tax-law knowledge, authoritative writing and editing skills, familiarity with governmental primary sources, and knowledge of standard style manuals.

Support, enhance, and integrate the NetSuite ERP/CRM and related systems. Implement automations and integrations, develop dashboards and AI tools, maintain data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, perform testing and risk assessments, document configurations, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve system performance and scalability.
