The Support Associate provides client and provider support, guiding them through their journey, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction while working closely with the operations team.

Provide empathetic phone, email, and chat support to clients, providers, and partners; guide clients through care, troubleshoot technical and payer issues, escalate appropriately, support onboarding, manage operational tracking, and contribute to team knowledge base and KPIs.

As a Payer Enablement Specialist, you will manage payer configurations in EMR, oversee fee schedules, ensure operational efficiency, and enhance documentation using AI while collaborating across teams.

Lead design of patient-facing experiences across onboarding, matching, booking, billing, and telehealth. Build scalable design systems, run user research and usability tests, integrate AI for personalization, and partner with engineering and product to ship polished, accessible consumer products.
