Lead APAC demand and supply planning, including 18-month rolling forecasts, demand analysis, allocation management, SKU-level planning, and S&OP reviews. Collaborate with sales, finance, product management, customer service, and regional supply teams to align forecasts, production, inventory, and commercial objectives. Drive forecast accuracy, continuous improvement, annual planning, process capability, and compliance with company EHS requirements.

Lead commercial execution and revenue growth across India by managing direct customer accounts, developing sales plans, forecasting demand, meeting volume and margin targets, and coordinating with Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams. The role requires strong food ingredients industry knowledge, relationship management, independent execution, reporting, and occasional domestic and regional travel.

Control headquarters accounting and financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, intercompany processes, audits, budgets, forecasts, month-end close, and regulatory reporting. Oversee AP, AR, and record-to-report teams; ensure transaction accuracy, regulatory compliance, financial controls, and risk management. Partner with Group Finance, Tax, and auditors while improving processes and supporting financial statement preparation.
