Tate & Lyle Benefits Overview

Supervise the Americas accounting and financial reporting team, overseeing month-end and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory accounts, reporting, analysis, controls, and audit support. Partner with senior stakeholders, present financial insights, manage KPIs, develop team members, and lead R2R process improvements. The role also coordinates with AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, and FP&A teams while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial information.

Leads process safety risk analysis, mitigation planning, CAPEX prioritization, project reviews, incident investigations, action-plan implementation, safety-basis maintenance, training, and internal and external PSM audits. The role promotes process safety culture and ensures compliance with GMP, food safety, environmental, health and safety, and sustainability standards.

Processes vendor invoices and payments throughout the Purchase-to-Pay cycle, performs month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations, resolves vendor and business queries, prepares reports, maintains process documentation, supports compliance and internal controls, meets KPIs and SLAs, and contributes to continuous process improvement within the global shared services center.
