Leads technical support and operations for VoIP and PSTN voice-core networks. Responsibilities include fault and complaint resolution, node database and CDR backups, POI augmentation and commissioning, hardware rectification, patch upgrades, PRI/SIP migrations, audits, compliance, preventive maintenance, equipment testing, and coordination with network, infrastructure, transmission, finance, and service teams. The role also manages change requests, customer issues, special projects, and team activities.

Designs technical frameworks and efficient solutions for large strategic telecom deals. Supports pre-sales, bid proposals, consultative selling, solution automation, analytics dashboards, capability presentations, and customer requirements translation. Defines scope, design criteria, and bills of materials while collaborating with sales, product, network, regulatory, technology teams, vendors, and OEMs. Recommends feature enhancements, develops technical content and best practices, and conducts training.
