Leads a team of approximately 40 electrical engineers, supervisors, technicians, and electricians within a steel manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include safety leadership, asset management, reliability improvement, resource and budget management, shutdowns, capital projects, commissioning, root cause analysis, AI adoption, succession planning, and stakeholder engagement. The role focuses on improving plant availability, reducing downtime, developing engineering capability, and supporting operational and strategic objectives.

Supports Account Managers in managing customer portfolios, building relationships, delivering commercial, technical, financial, and logistical support, monitoring KPIs, developing account plans, implementing contracts and SLAs, and identifying sales opportunities. The role is customer-facing, requires diary management and customer meetings, and offers career development into account management.

Leads mechanical engineering and capital investment projects from concept and design through procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover. Responsibilities include developing specifications, scopes, risk assessments, MOC documentation, and HAZOP studies; managing contractors, procurement, budgets, schedules, and stakeholders; and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, machinery, and engineering standards in a steel manufacturing environment.
