Perform preventative and corrective electrical and automation maintenance in a heavy industrial packaging plant. Diagnose and repair PLCs, drives and AC/DC motors, interpret technical drawings, support reliability improvements, train new staff, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Lead inspection, maintenance and development of Trostre's HV and LV electrical distribution (33kV, 11kV, 3.3kV, 415Vac, 230Vdc). Manage inspection/testing teams and ~£1m budgets, act as Deputy HV Engineer in Charge, liaise with National Grid and regulators, set electrical policy to BS/EN/IEC, plan CAPEX/SRE, manage contractors, support shutdowns/start-ups and drive continuous improvement.

Provide technical leadership for manufacturing quality, lead root-cause investigations and continuous improvement, implement SPC and QMS practices, manage quality audits and customer complaints, analyse process capability, and develop/lead Quality Specialists and Technicians to improve product performance and compliance.
