Lead risk-based internal audit engagements across trading, brokerage, technology, finance, compliance, and customer-facing functions. Responsibilities include scoping audits, conducting walkthroughs and control testing, analyzing data, reviewing evidence, preparing reports, tracking remediation, supporting annual audit planning, and reporting to senior management and the Audit Committee. The role collaborates with global Internal Audit colleagues, Risk, Compliance, and external auditors.

Build and own scalable data pipelines using Python, dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake. Design data architecture, optimize performance, implement data quality and observability, troubleshoot production issues, and process diverse data sources. Support executive reporting and ad hoc analysis, contribute to Tableau visualization, collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders, and mentor teammates through reviews and knowledge sharing.

Leads operational excellence across business operations by improving workflows, implementing tooling and automation, modeling cost to serve, designing KPI systems, and driving performance reviews. Partners with Engineering, Data, Finance, and operational leaders on process redesign, launches, staffing, technology investments, and cross-functional initiatives. Supports strategy, market evaluation, partnerships, and M&A diligence while presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
