The role is Chicago-based with in-person work three days per week.

Own product marketing for futures and options trading products, driving always-on adoption campaigns and feature-release go-to-market plans. Partner with Product, segment customers, prioritize high-value features, report adoption KPIs, and maintain messaging for Sales, Support, and Content. The role requires strong product marketing experience, data fluency, written communication, and familiarity with derivatives trading behavior.

Build and maintain distributed backend services and customer-facing trading applications, primarily using Ruby. Responsibilities include designing reliable systems, troubleshooting issues, writing comprehensive tests, contributing to code reviews, supporting infrastructure, and working across multiple programming languages. The role requires production software engineering experience, distributed-systems knowledge, independent problem-solving, and willingness to learn Ruby and additional technologies.
