Leads Taskrabbit’s visual identity and art direction across campaigns, marketing, product, and partner channels. Directs photo and video productions from concept through post-production, develops scalable visual systems and brand guidelines, creates cross-channel assets, and maintains the asset library. Partners with creative and business teams, coaches designers, introduces efficient workflows, and uses performance insights to optimize creative. The role combines strategic campaign concepting with hands-on visual design and production leadership.

Build and maintain scalable dbt data models, transforming raw data into trusted, documented datasets. Own warehouse data modeling and metric definitions, establish testing and code review standards, monitor data quality, optimize query performance, and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies. Partner with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable pipelines. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices and tooling decisions.

Own Taskrabbit’s UK top-of-funnel marketing and go-to-market strategy, translating growth targets into local plans across paid, owned, earned, partnership, and activation channels. Analyze market, customer, and supply-side dynamics; coordinate with central marketing teams; lead metro activations and brand initiatives; and support Tasker Operations with supply-side planning. Manage local budgets, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive demand, retention, and marketplace growth.
