Lead Taskrabbit's Spain and Portugal business to sustainable growth by executing the country plan, managing a small local team, balancing demand and supply, optimizing fulfillment and retention, driving partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue and margin targets.

Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) customer support across email, chat, messaging and phone. Champion customer satisfaction, resolve complex issues with ownership, spot trends from interactions, use feedback and metrics to improve experiences, and serve as a trusted resource for Clients, Taskers, and Partners.

Lead suburban growth for Taskrabbit by identifying high-potential suburban pockets, designing suburb-specific go-to-market strategies, running user and market research, piloting grassroots awareness channels, coordinating with Marketing and analytics to close fulfillment gaps, and scaling successful experiments nationally to drive supply, demand, and revenue.

Lead FP&A analyst responsible for building and maintaining complex financial models, driving forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting, conducting ROI analyses, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, coaching junior team members, improving finance processes, and contributing to the finance team's AI strategy.

Build and maintain ELT pipelines, data models, semantic layers, and personalization signals for client retention and marketing tests. Partner with machine learning, product, marketing, design, and architecture teams to prepare predictive data, connect signals to CRM channels, support real-time event processing, and document a scalable data foundation. Lead architecture and complex cross-team initiatives for Taskrabbit’s Tasker and Supply marketplace systems. Build onboarding, eligibility, geography, and matching capabilities using Ruby on Rails and Sorbet, while advancing strongly typed TypeScript service contracts. Improve reliability, observability, and alerting with Kafka and Datadog; resolve difficult production issues, reduce technical debt, mentor engineers, promote testing and AI-driven development, and influence technical strategy across teams.

The Software Architect drives platform modernization across engineering teams by applying target-state architecture, AI-assisted development, and Spec-Driven Development practices. Responsibilities include partnering with engineers, guiding migrations, reviewing technical design documents and RFCs, defining technical standards, resolving architectural issues, and promoting consistent modernization patterns. The role requires hands-on backend development, distributed systems and event-driven architecture experience, containerized deployments, strong communication, and consensus-building skills.

Lead and grow a security engineering team as a technical player-coach; implement security tooling and automation across corporate, infrastructure, and application layers; define data-driven security strategy, OKRs, and KPIs; manage compliance with frameworks (SOC2, CIS, GDPR); lead incident response and threat modeling; govern AI/ML security risk; and drive security culture and cross-functional education.

Manage and supervise an offshore AP/expenses team and own procure-to-pay, employee expense, fixed/intangible asset, and software capitalization accounting. Ensure month-end close, reconciliations, statutory accounting for UK and Poland, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Serve as primary AP/help-desk contact and coordinate with external accountants and auditors.

The AI Automation Senior Lead will build AI infrastructure, evaluate AI tools, redefine workflows, and maximize efficiency across teams at Taskrabbit.

Lead cross-functional analytical efforts to drive product, commerce, and risk outcomes. Design experiments, causal inference, and statistical models; build and scale fraud/risk interventions using heuristics and machine learning; measure feature impact; and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders and executives.

Lead Post-Booking engineering efforts: define technical roadmap, architect and implement Node.js microservices, drive AI-driven and spec-driven development, mentor engineers, own observability, and modernize legacy systems to improve customer experience.

Provide empathetic, metric-driven customer support in English and German for Taskrabbit users. Resolve complex inquiries across channels, identify trends from feedback, take ownership of issues, and deliver timely, customer-centric solutions.
