Own and architect the core ranking system end-to-end: model design, production reliability, automated retraining, bias mitigation, personalization, and cross-functional technical leadership. Mentor engineers, drive roadmap, and scale experimentation and ML infrastructure.

Own and optimize Taskrabbit's HR tech stack, implement AI-driven HR automation, build Rippling workflows, create automated people analytics dashboards, govern HRIS data quality, manage compensation data pulls and ad-hoc reporting, and lead vendor RFPs and contract negotiations to scale People operations.

Build and maintain backend services for Taskrabbit's fulfillment systems, modernize legacy platforms, migrate live traffic, improve matching and ranking, work with large structured and unstructured data, design APIs, ensure reliability and observability, write tests, and participate in on-call rotation.

Coordinate and execute partner onboarding logistics and launches: location setup, rate card validation, training scheduling, channel triage, issue escalation, Confluence documentation, cross-functional tracking, hypercare monitoring, and support the Onboarding Associate to keep launches on schedule.

Serve as a strategic HR business partner for European and Support teams, advising leaders on performance, employee relations, compliance, and talent development. Lead end-to-end people programs, analyze regional trends to improve retention, manage complex ER cases with EOR vendors, and provide day-to-day HR support across channels while driving change management and culture initiatives.

Own the end-to-end partnership with IKEA France as the primary contact, driving commercial KPIs, performance analysis, operational delivery, cross-functional coordination, store visits, and growth initiatives. Lead regular performance reviews, train partner teams, prioritize improvement actions, and translate data into business outcomes while managing day-to-day communications and aligning stakeholders.
