Teams at Task Force Tips

Manages sales for a multi-state territory covering firefighting equipment customers and distributors. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, building customer and industry relationships, training distribution partners, developing growth business cases, and achieving revenue goals. Requires B2B or technical sales experience, firefighting knowledge preferred, frequent travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Supports manufacturing planning by reviewing and releasing production orders, identifying material shortages, coordinating schedule changes, providing custom ship dates, and supporting purchase orders. Maintains Kanban processes, helps establish reorder points and safety stock, analyzes inventory and operational data, and identifies efficiency improvements. Collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain, Order Entry, and Production teams to align materials, capacity, inventory, and customer demand.

Develop and manage supplier relationships, sourcing strategies, contracts, purchase orders, and cost-reduction initiatives. Plan material requirements, monitor supplier performance, analyze purchasing and inventory data, and resolve delivery, quality, and invoice issues. Maintain ERP/MRP purchasing data and collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Receiving, Accounts Payable, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability. The role also supports continuous improvement, documentation, safety initiatives, and manufacturing operations.
