TAS Environmental Services Benefits Overview

Supervise emergency response and industrial cleaning operations, including spill remediation, hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling, tank cleaning, biohazard cleanup, demolition, and soil or debris removal. Manage technicians, operators, drivers, and foremen; coordinate with customers and officials; prepare project proposals; ensure safety and compliance; and perform physically demanding work in confined spaces and extreme conditions.

Supports Commercial operations through sales reporting, CRM administration, business analytics, dashboard development, and workflow improvement. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and leadership to improve efficiency, provide actionable insights, and support revenue growth.

Identifies, qualifies, develops, and closes new business opportunities for environmental services. Builds relationships with decision-makers, conducts market and competitor research, prepares proposals, executes sales strategies, manages CRM pipelines, resolves customer issues, and collaborates with internal teams to drive revenue growth. Requires environmental industry sales experience, strong negotiation skills, target achievement, and travel of 50% or more.
