The Dietary Aide II is responsible for food service setup, maintaining proper food temperatures, cleaning areas, and following sanitation protocols, along with assisting in meal preparation and ensuring proper utensil supply.

Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of the agencys employee training and development program; oversee trainings, curricula, compliance, vendor management, training database, staffing, and funding strategies to make programs self-sustaining.

Oversee academic operations for TTCC: hire and manage faculty, develop and evaluate curriculum, ensure compliance with accreditation and state policies, improve student retention and success, manage student grievances and disciplinary actions, and support program planning, reporting, and interdepartmental collaboration.
