Leads daily operations for residential, outpatient, and recovery bridge housing behavioral healthcare programs. Oversees staff hiring and supervision, compliance, quality improvement, utilization review, budgeting, reporting, contract management, patient care coordination, community relations, referrals, and marketing. Ensures programs meet Joint Commission and applicable regulatory requirements while improving outcomes and responding to patient and community needs.

The Associate Director of Marketing & Business Development manages contracts, resolves insurance issues, builds relationships, and supports revenue growth in healthcare.

Provides psychiatric evaluations, medication consultations, discharge summaries, utilization reviews, staff consultation and training, on-call coverage, and participation in medical staff meetings and peer review. The psychiatrist also maintains a monthly work schedule and completes credentialing and privileging requirements. The role serves patients receiving behavioral healthcare and chemical dependency services.
