Supports project managers with planning, field visits, technical reviews, contractor supervision, government relationships, retrofit implementation, O&M oversight, and performance guarantee compliance. Coordinates with Finance and Legal to resolve project issues. The role focuses on building retrofit projects and energy savings, requiring an electrical engineering background, strong communication, time management, and the ability to manage concurrent projects.

Supports project execution for building retrofit and energy-saving projects, monitoring schedules, approvals, interfaces, contractor performance, and weekly reporting. Assists with field visits, technical reviews, planning reports, ESCO supervision, government coordination, post-retrofit O&M oversight, performance guarantees, and Finance/Legal issue resolution. Requires an electrical engineering or related degree, at least four years of project management experience, contractor oversight capability, retrofit or ESCO/EPC experience, English proficiency, and fluency in Arabic.

Source and develop energy retrofit projects for government buildings by building project pipelines, engaging stakeholders, coordinating audits and feasibility assessments, supporting funding and RFP contracting, and contributing to business plans, budgets, and timelines. The role requires relationship management with Saudi and local government entities, technical understanding of building retrofits and savings, and coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
