Own the user experience for high-visibility product initiatives from prioritization through launch. Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, define workflows, manage design tradeoffs, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders. As an early design-team member, help establish design culture, processes, and systems while developing a deep understanding of restaurant users and their operational needs.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for restaurant clients by gathering operational requirements, configuring Tarro’s products, managing cross-functional workflows, performing quality assurance, and supporting clients during their first 14 days post-launch. The role also handles escalations, troubleshooting, client communication, de-escalation, product education, upsell opportunities, and improvements to implementation quality processes.

Designs, deploys, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots global on-premises and cloud network infrastructure. Responsibilities include routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, wireless, VPNs, VoIP, servers, AWS networking, network security, performance monitoring, upgrades, incident resolution, vendor coordination, documentation, and infrastructure as code. The role provides Level 2/3 support and ensures network availability, redundancy, scalability, and reliable telephony operations.
