Own the global IT Operations strategy, operating model, efficiency initiatives, policies, KPIs, automation, and executive reporting. Manage and develop an IT Operations team, oversee application support and incident resolution, resolve escalated issues, guide users through service management tools, and improve processes. The role is onsite in Manila, works Tuesday through Saturday, and requires approximately 20% travel to company offices in Dumaguete and Kuala Lumpur.

Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, people operations, and HR reporting. Leverage AI tools and automation to improve hiring speed and candidate experience, collaborate with managers to resolve employee concerns, drive engagement and retention initiatives, and help standardize HR processes.

Provides on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, networking, and production application issues. Responsibilities include system monitoring, installations, troubleshooting, ticket management, incident response, escalation, asset inventory, onboarding and offboarding, documentation, software deployments, and vendor coordination. The role also supports network upgrades, endpoint tools, and critical incident communications while working with engineering and higher-tier IT teams.
