Supervises accounting staff supporting bonds, fixed assets, and special projects. Prepares and analyzes bond project activity, cash flow reviews, CIP schedules, reconciliations, and related reports. Communicates project funding status and future needs, records accounting transactions, supports special projects, ensures bond regulatory compliance, and contributes to staff training, performance alignment, and continuous improvement.

Supports infrastructure engineering projects involving hydraulic, water infrastructure, dam and levee safety, and construction management. Responsibilities include solving engineering problems, reviewing project submittals, assisting project managers, planning and budgeting, communicating technical solutions, conducting field investigations, visiting construction sites, organizing engineering data, and using GIS and CAD software. The intern works under supervision and collaborates with the engineering team.

Lead enterprise architecture design and implementation for cloud and on-prem infrastructure, supervise cloud/systems engineers, manage Azure and hybrid environments, IAM, virtualization, storage, telemetry, disaster recovery, vulnerability and incident/change management, and evaluate technology solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization.
