Teams at Tarrant Regional Water District

Coordinate and monitor environmental permitting and compliance for TRWD projects; liaise with federal, state, and local agencies; review construction plans and technical reports; perform field assessments and audits; develop environmental programs to mitigate risk; support stormwater/MS4 compliance; prepare budgets and represent TRWD to external entities.

Supervise accounting staff for bond, fixed assets, and special projects. Prepare and analyze bond CIP schedules, weekly cash flow, and monthly project activity. Communicate funding status with project managers, ensure bond compliance, record transactions, support special accounting projects, and drive continuous improvement and staff training/performance management.
