Teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses, develop curriculum and assessments, mentor students, support accreditation and departmental service, and maintain an active research agenda through scholarly publications, conference presentations, professional development, and potential external funding.

Operates, repairs, calibrates, modifies, and maintains scientific instrumentation and laboratory equipment. Performs machining and fabrication, including CNC work, to support instructional and research needs. Provides troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, documentation, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and training for faculty, staff, and students. Oversees equipment procurement, inventory, installation, and upgrades while serving as a Campus Security Authority.

Provide strategic leadership for accounting, financial reporting, procurement, contract administration, and student accounts. Ensure compliance with GASB, TAMUS, and state/federal regulations; oversee AFR and year-end close; implement internal controls and technology solutions; advise CFO on fiscal strategy and risk; lead and develop finance and procurement staff across the university.
