Lead strategic planning and operations for non-credit continuing education, workforce development, and online learning. Develop market-driven programs, build industry partnerships, oversee Tarleton State Online, manage budgets, marketing, compliance, and cross-campus collaboration to drive enrollment, retention, and workforce-aligned outcomes.

Administer post-award sponsored programs including budgets, sub-awards, agreements, compliance monitoring, report preparation, modifications, closeouts, and advising faculty on sponsor and university guidelines.

Provide operational support for university ticketing and box office functions: manage event setup, ticket sales and inventory, customer service, event-day operations, cash reconciliation, reporting, and supervise student ticketing staff to ensure smooth patron experience.
