Provide academic advising to current and prospective undergraduate students, maintain advising records, collaborate with departments and stakeholders, deliver training and outreach, participate in campus events, and ensure confidentiality (FERPA). In-office role with occasional evening/weekend duties.

Coordinate and implement recruitment and student persistence initiatives for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs. Schedule and support outreach events, collaborate on marketing content, maintain recruitment and enrollment reports, contact prospective and previously enrolled students, and support college staff with enrollment and engagement activities.

Serve as chief research officer providing executive leadership for research, sponsored programs, compliance, innovation, and partnerships; expand external funding, oversee research centers, promote interdisciplinary and student research, and manage technology transfer and economic development efforts.
