Provide high-level administrative support to the Department Head and faculty, manage department processes (scheduling, hiring student workers, scholarships, accounts, events), coordinate travel and events, maintain records and website updates, and serve as campus security authority.

Provides administrative coordination for the College of Education including office management, communications, records, travel and event planning, policy implementation, project tracking, reporting, and supervising and training staff. Serves as liaison, Campus Security Authority, and performs special analyses and process improvements.

Manage web project intake and lifecycle, coordinate stakeholders, refine site launch/update processes, ensure WCAG accessibility compliance and audits, supervise and train student workers, maintain SOPs and marketing operations documentation, and support SEO and paid campaign optimization.
