Lead daily accounting operations, manage month-end and year-end close, prepare journal entries and financial statements, perform reconciliations and variance analysis, support audits and compliance, prepare corporate and consolidation reporting, assist budgeting/forecasting, and provide guidance to AP/AR staff.

Manage and coordinate the full administrative claims process for carpet warranty issues: intake, analyze documentation and photos, determine eligibility, calculate compensation, negotiate settlements, arrange returns/freight, coordinate credits/refunds with credit/shipping teams, maintain accurate records, communicate with customers and dealers, track outstanding claims, and participate in team meetings and training to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
