Leads multi-site production planning and inventory control, including SIOP processes, production scheduling, capacity and materials balancing, inventory optimization, and planning KPI analysis. Manages planners and schedulers, partners cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service, standardizes planning practices, and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing locations.

Provides administrative and operational support in a construction environment, coordinating contracts, project records, compliance documents, subcontractor requirements, job-site logistics, equipment, lodging, shipments, and office operations. Maintains accurate records in SAGE, Microsoft Office, contract databases, and shared drives; tracks deadlines, insurance, bonds, labor compliance, and project documentation. Serves as a professional contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees while supporting Sales, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and field teams.

Supports the plant environmental health and safety program by ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, conducting training, audits, investigations, ergonomic assessments, and behavioral-safety observations. Analyzes safety data, develops corrective actions, supports PPE selection, contractor compliance, workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, maintains EHS databases and reports, and promotes a safety-first culture in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
