Provide commercial legal support by drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial, supply, trading, logistics and services contracts. Advise traders and business teams on practical legal and commercial risk, help build templates and playbooks for emerging markets, and collaborate with finance, risk, operations and senior leadership on contract strategy and execution.

Support international tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions (US, Canada, Europe, India). Prepare tax return data, assist with direct and indirect tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, monthly tax provisions, and tax remittances. Perform tax research, cross-functional coordination with Finance, Treasury and Legal, prepare board and management presentations, and perform ad-hoc financial and data analysis.
