Provide administrative support to the HR team, assist with recruitment and onboarding, maintain confidential employee records per EEO guidelines, and handle general HR tasks as needed.

Serve as senior finance advisor for the Infrastructure Group: lead strategic planning and forecasting, build and shepherd business cases, advise partners, ensure allocation accuracy with Accounting, and maintain dashboards and management reports to communicate financial performance and KPIs.

Provide executive and office management support at a venture-backed biotech: document and patent filing, vendor and facility coordination, event and staff support, expense tracking, calendaring, mail and shipping, and administrative support for finance and executive team members.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting: source, screen, interview, negotiate and place engineers. Mentor junior recruiters, partner with business development and clients, use ATS/CRMs and niche sourcing platforms.
