Teams at Target

Conduct manual and automated application- and network-layer penetration tests across cloud infrastructure and applications. Identify, risk-rate, document, and validate vulnerabilities; assess cardholder data environment segmentation; triage bug bounty findings; verify remediation; collaborate with security vendors; and ensure compliance with PCI DSS and SOC requirements. Communicate technical findings and remediation guidance to engineering, product, and non-technical stakeholders.

Build and maintain Target’s scalable, multi-tenant Marketing Ad Planning platform. Develop backend services and APIs for campaign data management, validation, lifecycle operations, and enterprise integrations. Work with distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, and databases while improving reliability, performance, and scalability. Participate in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and engineering ceremonies, delivering reliable, maintainable, and well-tested software.

Lead product design for Target’s guest-facing Homepage and Category experiences across web and apps. Set strategy for dynamic, personalized content, establish AI design governance, and align solutions with user, business, and technical needs. Facilitate cross-functional teams, conduct research, use data and experimentation, create UX deliverables, mentor designers, and promote accessibility, systems thinking, and human-centered design.
