Lead UX Operations for AI Enablement by defining frameworks, workflows, and governance to design, test, and scale AI-enabled and agentic experiences. Run pilot programs, measure adoption, partner with L&D to deliver training, and translate learnings into playbooks and operating models that ensure human-agent collaboration, accessibility, ethics, and quality across product development.

Lead the architecture and technical direction of Target’s tax technology applications and services. Design scalable, resilient distributed systems, integrations, and data flows; lead modernization, performance improvements, testing, deployment, and production support. Partner with Tax, Finance, Product, and engineering stakeholders, evaluate technologies, conduct architecture and code reviews, and mentor engineers. The role supports high-volume transactional systems, tax platforms, compliance needs, and enterprise integrations.

Design and prototype agentic AI experiences, including multi-agent interactions, cross-domain surfaces, trust signals, guardrails, human-in-the-loop moments, and provenance. Partner with product and engineering teams to turn early concepts into scalable product directions. Create rapid demonstrations, journey maps, flows, and prototypes while developing new design methods for ambiguous, systems-level problems.
