Build and operate production-grade AI platform capabilities using LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks. Design scalable backend services and distributed systems (Java/Spring Boot), integrate observability, drive architectural standards, mentor engineers, and participate in production support and platform hardening to improve reliability and engineering productivity.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservice-based applications. Lead architecture, code/design reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, performance tuning, and disaster recovery. Mentor engineers, embed data quality and secure coding practices, and participate in tech evaluation and proof-of-concepts.

Design and deliver AI-powered capabilities to automate security and penetration testing; prototype and implement agentic AI systems and tool orchestration; provide application security expertise, build and use security testing/red-team tools, partner with engineering teams to ensure secure-by-design production services, triage operational issues, and promote scalable, reusable patterns.
