The Agency Partner Manager will engage with agency partners to strengthen relationships, drive execution, and monetize Tapcart services. Responsibilities include guiding partners, building relationships, and executing strategic initiatives for partner-led growth.

Build, ship, and maintain agent skills and agentic workflows for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Partner with GTM teams to identify automatable tasks, integrate agents with APIs and data sources, prototype quickly, and own reliability and iterative improvements when workflows break.

Own the full sales cycle for DTC brands on Tapcart's mobile commerce platform: prospect, personalize outreach using AI, demo value, collaborate with Sales and Solutions, and close contracts while meeting quota and traveling to customers as needed.
