Conduct technical discovery across Shopify and connected commerce systems, scope integrations, write implementation specifications, manage agency and developer onboarding, review deliverables, and resolve technical blockers. Translate recurring partner and customer needs into structured product feedback while owning integrations from initial technical call through launch.
