Integrates, deploys, configures, and troubleshoots software across high-performance computing systems and specialized Linux environments. Develops automation scripts, supports HPC schedulers and parallel processing, manages monitoring and logging tools, performs root-cause analysis, and assists with system deployments and upgrades. Collaborates with engineering teams to resolve integration and performance issues while documenting configurations and procedures.

Develop analytics, automation, and compliance software using machine learning and data-driven methods. Responsibilities include exploratory data analysis, feature development, model evaluation, ML deployment and monitoring, data processing workflows, emerging AI technology research, and software development in Linux using Python, Java, or Scala. The role also requires collaboration with technical and mission stakeholders, documentation, and adherence to agency compliance standards.

Supports the operation, performance, and reliability of high-performance computing environments. Responsibilities include Linux and Unix administration, enterprise storage support, file system and software management, infrastructure monitoring, Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting, TCP/IP and high-speed networking support, Bash automation, software compilation, performance optimization, capacity planning, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams.
