Performs and reviews QC microbiology testing for cGMP pharmaceutical or biologics manufacturing, including bioburden, endotoxin, environmental monitoring, purified water, WFI, TOC, and conductivity testing. Reviews laboratory data, supports method validation and suitability studies, revises SOPs, conducts trend reporting, manages samples, and participates in microbiological investigations and CAPA implementation while collaborating with Manufacturing, QA, and Validation teams.

Perform GMP downstream bioprocess manufacturing tasks including setup, operation, maintenance, and cleaning of chromatography, UF/DF, viral filtration and related equipment. Execute and document batch records and SOPs, draft/revise documentation, follow cGMP and safety procedures, perform basic troubleshooting, aseptic sampling, buffer preparation, and sterilization. Participate in team meetings and report compliance issues.

Perform GMP downstream bioprocessing tasks including chromatography, UF/DF, viral filtration, formulation, equipment setup/cleaning, and documentation. Follow SOPs and cGMP, complete batch records, assist with SOP/batch record revisions, troubleshoot equipment, and support team meetings and continuous improvement.
