Define product vision, portfolio priorities, roadmaps, governance, investment decisions, and success metrics. Build and mentor a high-performing product organization while coordinating with engineering, sales, marketing, services, customer operations, and executives. Serve as a utility-industry thought leader, guiding customer engagement, market positioning, and differentiated offerings across metering, AMI, ADMS, DERMS, outage management, grid analytics, and related applications.

Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic finance, FP&A, M&A, investor relations, and partnerships. Build financial models and dashboards, prepare executive- and Board-ready materials, manage due diligence and integration planning, and synthesize market and competitive insights to support capital allocation and corporate strategy.
