Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic finance, FP&A, M&A, investor relations, and partnerships. Build financial models and dashboards, prepare executive- and Board-ready materials, manage due diligence and integration planning, and synthesize market and competitive insights to support capital allocation and corporate strategy.

Lead and mentor a Customer Success team while managing a portfolio of strategic accounts. Drive revenue, forecasts, renewals, and expansions using Salesforce. Own executive relationships, onboarding, retention, and escalation resolution. Manage full product lifecycle, conduct market and competitive analysis, define go-to-market and pricing, engage utilities and partners, and build a high-performing product organization focused on customer needs and regulatory compliance.

Provide remote technical support for TUNet deployments: troubleshoot embedded hardware/software, RF and IP networks, Linux backend, databases and web front-ends; apply patches/upgrades, configure billing exports, maintain tickets and documentation, perform occasional scripting, support field product introductions, participate in after-hours rota, and travel to customer sites as required.

Validate embedded firmware, platform software, and communications for smart-grid devices. Develop and maintain manual and automated tests (Perl/Python/Bash), manage test environments, run integration/regression/performance testing, analyze logs/telemetry, support CI/CD and field trials, and improve test automation and QA practices.

Provide pre-deployment and post-deployment technical support for TRUConnect customers: troubleshoot hardware/software, RF and IP networks, generate RF network designs and GIS maps, assist pre-sales RFPs, patch/upgrade systems, maintain billing exports, scripting tasks, and occasional on-site/support travel.
