Makes outbound customer reminder calls, generates appointments from provided lists, handles incoming phone and email inquiries, provides product information, and routes messages to the appropriate departments. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer-service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
