Leads complex business valuation engagements across tax, financial reporting, transactions, litigation, strategic planning, and ownership matters. Manages scopes, budgets, timelines, financial models, analyses, reports, quality control, and client communications. Supervises, coaches, and develops valuation professionals while supporting proposals, business development, training, recruiting, and thought leadership. Applies income, market, and asset-based valuation methodologies and communicates technical conclusions to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Leads and supports Quality of Earnings reports for M&A transactions by analyzing financial data, EBITDA adjustments, revenue, working capital, risks, and projected performance. Conducts client and target interviews, prepares financial exhibits and reports, presents findings, manages concurrent workstreams, mentors junior staff, and supports proposals and business development.

The Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance, manage client interactions, conduct research, and assist with tax consulting projects, ensuring ongoing professional development.
