Issue telemetry units, continuously monitor telemetry patients, discontinue monitoring when ordered, and complete clerical telemetry-process steps. Participate in on-the-job training and a rhythm interpretation class with proficiency testing. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff, document information accurately, provide instructions, and interpret received information to support appropriate decisions.

Dispenses medications accurately, performs clinical pharmacy functions, supervises pharmacy technicians and support staff, and provides patient care as part of a pharmaceutical care team. The role requires collaboration, organization, professionalism, computer proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in high-stress situations during evening shifts.

Provides recovery support, skills training, consumer advocacy, information, and peer support within a therapeutic community. Promotes self-determination, personal responsibility, empowerment, and wellness while helping consumers direct their recovery process. Models recovery and wellness competencies and supports consumers across varied settings.
