Customer-facing CSM ensuring customers gain value from Tanium's endpoint management platform, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. Manage large accounts, create value plans, track actions/risks, update Salesforce/Gainsight, lead executive reviews, and collaborate with sales and technical teams. Fluency in Japanese required; travel 5-15%.

Lead and develop an SDR team to generate and qualify pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Hire, coach, and train SDRs; optimize messaging, cadences, and processes; use analytics for forecasting and performance; and partner with sales, marketing, and field teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue.

Post-sale technical expert who resolves stalled adoption at enterprise accounts by configuring and documenting complex Tanium deployments, enabling end-users, providing onsite assistance, and delivering feedback to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive value realization.
