Lead medical and scientific strategy for oncology development programs from early-stage through registration. Oversee protocol design, medical monitoring, safety review, regulatory submissions (IND/CTA/NDA/MAA), cross-functional team leadership, investigator and KOL engagement, clinical data analysis, and communication of results to regulators and scientific audiences.

Lead design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the QMS across GxP domains. Oversee document lifecycle, change control, training frameworks, data integrity, metrics, CAPA prevention, audit readiness, and prepare quality review packages while partnering with functional owners to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
