Own and drive end-to-end closings for private markets secondary transactions. Coordinate counterparties (transfer agents, fund admins, legal), resolve execution blockers, manage timelines, oversee KYC/AML onboarding, and improve closing playbooks and processes.

Lead revenue operations, CRM administration, and enterprise customer success for private-markets clients. Design GTM strategy, KPIs, and automated workflows; oversee marketing alignment; recruit and ramp commercial hires; represent the company at industry events; ensure regulatory/compliance alignment (FINRA a plus). Drive pipeline velocity, retention, and expansion for institutional accounts.

Support deal teams across private-markets secondaries by building financial models, performing valuation and diligence, preparing investment memos and presentations, maintaining trackers and CRM data, coordinating operations (KYC/AML/payments), and working with US/UK teams to ensure timely, consistent transaction execution.

Lead and execute complex private-markets secondary transactions end-to-end, originate proprietary deal flow, manage senior relationships with GPs/LPs/advisors, and build and mentor a deal team. Partner with founders on deal strategy, scale processes and platform capabilities, ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and personally own the hardest commercial and legal negotiations through close.

Serve as a client-facing support engineer for a fintech SaaS platform, triaging and resolving issues, using AI tools to enhance responses, logging and escalating tickets in Jira, executing basic corrective actions, and driving change requests from recurring feedback.

Support private-market transactions and NAV lending by drafting, negotiating, and interpreting transaction documents; manage multi-party global closing workflows; oversee KYC/AML onboarding; improve legal templates, playbooks, and processes; provide legal and risk advice to internal teams and coordinate across deal, operations, compliance, and external counterparties.

Support outbound business development targeting institutional investors and wealth managers.
